Needs update!!

It seems as though there hasnt been an update in 3 yrs and the app certainly needs one... Although I adore playing this game it will now occasionally become unresponsive. It will continue to function in the background but when you try to play the game nothing happens and you cant "click" anything.... Please fix!!!
