Bug?

I love the game but for some reason when Im playing the screen will suddenly stop working or something so I wont be able to tap anything and I have to completely close the app for it to work again and I lose the progress from what I did before please fix and the screen doesnt fit my iPhone 6 it has the black bars at the top and bottom
